My name is J. I'm 5'4 and 255 pounds. I'm a food addict. I have struggled with food all my life.  Before my son, I lost 90 pounds and managed to fall below the 200 pound mark.  Then I got pregnant and gained almost all of the weight back.  This has been a struggle for two years.  I'm so tired of hurting.  Everything hurts; even my eyes LOL!  I had to make a decision...either live with the pain or get my shit together so I can enjoy the beautiful life I know exist for me.  I decided to LIVE...
